Cleveland bans text messaging while driving

Today is the second day after the City of Cleveland’s new law banning text messaging while driving went into effect. Violations of the law will carry fines starting at $100.00.

A copy of the new law published in the City Record is available here and is codified as Section 433.09 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Cleveland.
