COBRA Subsidy Eligibility Period is Extended Again

Congress passed the HR 4851, known as the Continuing Extension Act of 2010,  on April 15, 2010 which extends the COBRA subsidy period to include employees that are involuntarily terminated on or before May 31, 2010.

This act applies retroactively and individuals terminated after March 31, and before the Continuing Extension Act of 2010 was passed are eligible for the subsidy.
