Professional Experience

My commercial real estate practice involves assisting clients with the financing, development, leasing, disposition and acquisition of retail, office, industrial, commercial and residential properties, including the preparation and negotiation of purchase agreements, lease agreements, loan documents and other related real estate documentation.

My general business practice involves counseling clients on a broad range of general real estate and business matters, including issues relating to corporate formation, contract preparation, capital formation, financing joint ventures, acquisitions, and real estate matters.

My commercial real estate litigation practice involves assisting landlords and tenants in commercial evictions, contesting real estate tax valuations and acting as Ohio counsel for out of state property owners and lenders in connection with the financing, purchase, operation and sale of commercial real estate.

My estate planning practice involves assisting clients with planning for future generations, reducing estate taxes, minimizing the probate process and accomplishing the client’s objectives in a cost effective manner.
